Brief Specification Description: Provide Yangjing Street with unified cleaning and transportation services for the construction waste generated by the decoration of residents in the old community and all kinds of gross waste in the community. The area involved is about 1717998 square meters. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：2025年4月7日至2026年4月6日。
The Contract Period: April 7, 2025 to April 6, 2026.

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the Peoples Republic of China;
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the price discount is not implemented for small and medium-sized enterprise products during the review. (2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises;
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
（4）本项目不允许转包。
